散结活络汤加减对半月板成形术后疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的通过临床观察散结活络汤对半月板成形术后膝关节功能的影响,评估其疗效与安全性。方法选取福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院2019年12月—2021年12月收治的60例半月板成形术后患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。其中对照组采用基础治疗方案,术后予支具保护、止痛、间断冰敷、关节功能训练等。治疗组在基础治疗方案上应用散结活络汤加减治疗。测量和比较两组患者术后血细胞沉降率(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)、膝关节髌骨上缘周径、膝关节功能评分(Lysholm评分)。结果两组患者术后第2天ESR比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组术后第7、14天ESR低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者术后第3、7天膝关节髌骨上缘周径比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组术后第14天膝关节髌骨上缘周径小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组术后第3、14天Lysholm评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论散结活络汤有助于关节镜下半月板成形术后康复,临床优势明显。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Sanjie Huoluo decoction in the treatment of arthroscopic meniscectomy by observing its effect on postoperative clinical outcomes.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent arthroscopic meniscectomy admitted to the Third Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2021 were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine basic treatment after surgery,including support protection,pain relief,intermittent ice application,and rehabilitation training.The treatment group received modified Sanjie Huoluo decoction in addition to the routine basic treatment.The erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),peripheral diameter of knee patella superior margin and knee function score(Lysholm score)were measured and compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in ESR between the two groups on the second day after surgery(P>0.05).The ESR of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group on the 7th and 14th day after surgery(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the circumference of the upper margin of knee patella between the two groups on the 3rd and 7th day after surgery(P>0.05).The circumference of the upper margin of knee patella in the treatment group was smaller than that in the control group on the 14th day after surgery(P<0.05).Lysholm scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group at the 3rd and 14th day after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Sanjie Huoluo decoction can effectively promote postoperative rehabilitation after arthroscopic meniscectomy,and has obvious clinical advantages.
