六字诀呼吸训练对脑卒中患者血管性危险因素的影响

摘　　要：目的观察六字诀呼吸训练对脑卒中患者血管性危险因素的影响。方法将2020年5月—2022年10月入住福建中医药大学附属康复医院的100例脑卒中患者随机分为六字诀组50例和对照组50例,对照组患者接受常规的治疗、康复与护理,六字诀组在常规的治疗、康复与护理的基础上进行六字诀呼吸训练,每日1次,每次3遍,共训练12周。比较两组干预前后的血压、血糖和血脂。结果最终六字诀组46例,对照组45例完成研究。干预12周后,与对照组相比,六字诀组血中三酰甘油和总胆固醇水平降低明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血压值和血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用六字诀呼吸训练显著降低脑卒中患者的血脂水平且安全性较好。Objective To explore the intervention effect of Liuzijue breathing training on stroke patients'vascular risk factors.Methods A total of 100 stroke patients admitted to the Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to October 2022 were randomly divided into a Liuzijue group(50 cases)and a control group(50 cases).The control group received conventional treatment,rehabilitation and nursing,and the Liuzijue group received Liuzijue breathing training on the basis of conventional treatment,rehabilitation and nursing,once a day,three times each time,for a total of 12 weeks.Blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.
