电针和电休克疗法治疗精神分裂症住院患者的效果

摘　　要：目的验证电针和电休克是否可以强化抗精神病药物疗效并减少副作用。方法本研究筛选2022年2月—2023年5月在福州神经精神病防治医院住院的80患者作为受试者,随机分为两组,每组40例。对照组所有受试者均接受常规药物治疗,并接受常规生活方式干预;试验组在此基础上同时接受电休克(electroconvulsive,ECT)和电针(electroacupuncture,EA)治疗。采用阳性与阴性症状量表(positive and negative syndrome,PANSS)评价疾病的严重性。此外,分别使用认知功能成套测验(MATRICS consensus cognitive battery,MCCB)和治疗突发症状量表(treatment emergent symptoms scale,TESS)评估参与者认知能力和记录副作用。结果治疗前,两组各指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组阴性症状、阳性症状、一般精神病症状得分和总分均低于对照组,且试验组头痛、心电图异常、失眠、口干的发生率明显更低,认知功能各指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论EA和ECT疗法可以增强抗精神病药物对阳性和阴性症状的作用,减少负面症状。Objective To verify whether electroacupuncture and electroconvulsive can enhance the efficacy of antipsychotic drugs and reduce side effects.Methods In this study,a total of 80 patients hospitalized in Fuzhou Neuropsychiatric Hospital from November 2018 to December 2019 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.All subjects in the control group received conventional medication and also received routine lifestyle interventions,and the experimental group received electroconvulsive(ECT)and electroacupuncture(EA)therapy on the basis of this.The severity of the disease was assessed using the positive and negative syndrome(PANSS)scale.In addition,the MATRICS consensus cognitive battery(MCCB)and treatment emergent symptoms scale(TESS)were assessed participants'cognitive abilities and recorded side effects.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of negative symptoms,positive symptoms,general psychotic symptoms and total scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the incidence of headache,abnormal electrocardiogram,insomnia and dry mouth in the experimental group were significantly lower,and the cognitive function indexes were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion EA and ECT therapy can enhance the effect of antipsychotic drugs on positive and negative symptoms,and reduce side symptoms.
