调整三级中医医院等级评审院感管理标准提升应对公共卫生事件院感防控能力的探析

摘　　要：医院感染预防与控制是医院在依法开展诊疗执业活动、提供医疗服务中必须开展的工作,是医院的基本职责,本研究结合《三级医院评审标准(2020年版)实施细则》,从现行的中医医院等级评审中院感管理标准存在的不足之处以及完善评审标准的意见建议等方面进行探析,通过调整医院评审中的院感管理标准,加强中医医院院感管理水平,促进中医医院应对公共卫生事件院感防控能力的提升。Hospital infection prevention and control is the hospital in accordance with the law to carry out treatment and practice activities,the provision of medical services must be carried out in the work,is the basic responsibility of the hospital.This paper explores the shortcomings of the current standards for hospital inpatient management in the accreditation of TCM hospitals and the suggestions for improving the accreditation standards in the context of the Implementation Rules for Tertiary Hospital Accreditation Standards(2020 Edition).By adjusting the hospital management standards in hospital accreditation,we will strengthen the management level of hospital inpatients in TCM hospitals and promote the improvement of hospital inpatient prevention and control capability of TCM hospitals in response to public health events.
