基于健康风险评估的预防保健护理对离退休老干部患者身心健康的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于健康风险评估的预防保健护理对离退休老干部患者身心健康的影响,为临床护理提供参考依据。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年2月福建省立医院收治的70例离退休老干部患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各35例。对照组实施常规护理干预,试验组实施基于健康风险评估的预防保健护理干预。比较两组患者心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分]、健康促进方式[健康促进生活方式量表(HPLP-Ⅱ)评分]、亚健康状态躯体症状[亚健康状态躯体症状自评量表评分]情况。结果:干预后,试验组患者SAS量表评分、SDS量表评分明显低于对照组,HPLP-Ⅱ量表评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-3.109、-3.036、7.304,P<0.05)。干预后,试验组患者亚健康状态躯体症状自评量表各维度评分及总评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-4.470、-4.065、-5.766、7.665、5.271,P<0.05)。结论:基于健康风险评估的预防保健护理干预,能够有效促使离退休老干部患者采取健康生活方式,缓解其负面情绪,减轻亚健康状态躯体症状,改善其身心健康状况。Objective:To explore the impact of preventive health care nursing based on health risk assessment on the physical and mental health of retired elderly cadres,and to provide a reference basis for clinical care.Methods:70 cases of retired old cadre patients admitted to the hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing interventions and the trial group implemented preventive health care nursing interventions based on health risk assessment.The psychological state(Self-assessment Scale for Anxiety[SAS],Self-assessment Scale for Depression[SDS]scores),health promotion style(Health Promotion Lifestyle Scale[HPLP-II]scores),and somatic symptoms of subfertility(Self-assessment Scale for Somatic Symptoms of Subfertility scores)were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the SAS scores and SDS scores of the test group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the HPLP-II scores were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=-3.109,-3.036,7.304,P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of all dimensions of the self-assessment scale of somatic symptoms of subfertility and the total scores of the test group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-4.470,-4.065,-5.766,7.665,5.271,P<0.05).Conclusion:Preventive health care nursing intervention based on health risk assessment can effectively prompt retired veteran cadres to adopt a healthy lifestyle,alleviate their negative emotions,reduce their subhealthy somatic symptoms,and improve their physical and mental health.
