摘  要:尼尔样1型生长因子(Nell-1)是一种骨生长因子,最初在颅缝早闭患者早闭部位被发现,其可以促进成骨作用并诱导成骨细胞分化,已应用于各种骨组织工程中,但Nell-1促成骨作用的具体分子生物学机制尚未完全明确,故成为骨组织工程领域研究的新方向及热点。大多学者认为,Nell-1基因可以经由Wnt信号通路、人Runt相关转录因子2/核结合因子a1信号通路、促分裂原活化的蛋白激酶信号通路并与其他基因联合发挥调节成骨的作用,Nell-1基因及其成骨作用已在颌面部骨组织工程及其他骨组织工程修复中应用。Nel-like molecule-1(Nell-1)is a type of bone growth factor first identified in the early closure site of patients withcraniosynostosis.As it can promote osteogenesis and induce osteoblast differentiation,it has been applied to various bone tissue engineering.However,the specific molecular biological mechanism of Nell-1 in promoting osteogenesis is not completely clear yet,which makes it a new research direction and focus in the field of bone tissue engineering.Most scholars believe that the Nell-1 gene can regulate osteogenesis through Wnt signaling pathway,Runt-related transcription factor 2/core binding factor a1 signaling pathway,mitogen activated protein kinase signaling pathway and combing with other genes.The Nell-1 gene and its osteogenesis have been effectively applied in maxillofacial bone tissue engineering and other bone tissue engineering repairs.
