摘  要:支气管疾病是新生儿的常见病,包括支气管肺发育不良、毛细支气管炎、支气管哮喘等。支气管疾病可引起咳嗽、气喘、反复呼吸道感染,影响患儿的身心健康,严重者可导致患儿死亡,亦是新生儿重症监护病房最为棘手的问题之一。Notch是一种较为保守的信号转导通路,具有广泛的生物学效应,与特定的人类疾病有关。Notch3信号通路是Notch的一个亚型,与肺发育、高压氧肺损伤、免疫应答、气道重构等关系密切,可能参与支气管疾病的进展,未来有望成为治疗新生儿支气管疾病的靶点。Bronchial diseases are common diseases in neonates,including bronchopulmonary dysplasia,bronchiolitis,bronchial asthma and other diseases.Bronchial diseases can cause cough,asthma and repeated respiratory infections,affecting the physical and mental health of children,and can lead to death in severe cases,which is also one of the most difficult problems in neonatal intensive care units.Notch is a relatively conservative signal transduction pathway,which has a wide range of biological effects and is related to specific human diseases.Notch3 signaling pathway is a subtype of Notch,which is closely related to lung development,hyperbaric oxygen lung injury,immune response,airway remodeling,etc.It may participate in the progress of bronchial disease,and is expected to become a target for treating neonatal bronchial disease in the future.
