摘 要:脊柱结核(STB)作为一种严重的肺外结核疾病,是导致人类脊柱畸形的主要原因之一,严重影响人们的生活质量。目前STB发病机制未明,其起病隐匿、临床症状不典型的特点导致其诊治难度较大。蛋白质组学在提高STB早期诊断准确性以及改善患者预后方面逐渐成为研究热点,且其在STB诊治中的精准度和稳定性等方面具有独特优势,因此建立大规模蛋白质组数据库及提高敏感特异的蛋白质检出技术将为STB的治疗提供新靶点。未来对蛋白质组学在STB诊断和治疗中的应用进行深入研究可能为提高STB诊疗效果提供新的方向。Spinal tuberculosis(STB),as a serious extrapulmonary tuberculosis disease,is one of the main causes of spinal deformities in humans and seriously affects people′s quality of life.At present,the pathogenesis of STB is unclear,and its hidden onset and atypical clinical symptoms make it difficult to diagnose and treat.Proteomics has gradually become a research hotspot in improving the accuracy of early diagnosis of STB and improving patient prognosis,and it has unique advantages in accuracy and stability of STB diagnosis and treatment.Therefore,establishing a large-scale proteome database and improving detection techniques of sensitive and specific protein will provide new targets for the treatment of STB.Further research on the application of proteomics in the diagnosis and treatment of STB in the future may provide new directions for improving the effectiveness of STB diagnosis and treatment.
