摘　　要：目的 探讨本科护生自我能力否定倾向现状并分析其影响因素,为制定针对性干预措施提供参考。方法 对166名本科护生采用一般资料问卷、Clance自我能力否定倾向量表、护理本科生转型冲击评价量表对其进行调查。结果 本科护生自我能力否定倾向得分为65.50(54.00,71.00)分;自我能力否定倾向总分与转型冲击总分呈正相关(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、家庭人均月收入、大学期间学习成绩、转型冲击是本科护生自我能力否定倾向的主要影响因素(均P<0.05),可解释总变异的60.7%。结论 本科护生自我能力否定倾向处于中等偏上水平,护理教育及管理者应针对影响因素采取干预措施,以调整认知,降低自我能力否定倾向,促进职业生涯良性发展。Objective To explore the status quo of and factors associated with imposter phenomenon in undergraduate nursing students,and to provide reference for the development of targeted intervention.Methods A total of 166 undergraduate nursing students were surveyed using a demographic questionnaire,the Clance Impostor Phenomenon Scale(CIPS)and Transition Shock Scale for Undergraduate Nursing Students.Results The median score for CIPS was 65.50(P 25-P 75:54.00-71.00),which was positively correlated with the total transition shock score(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,per capita monthly income of the family,academic performance in college,and transition shock were the main influencing factors of imposter phenomenon of undergraduate nursing students(all P<0.05),which could explain 60.7%of the total variance.Conclusion Undergraduate nursing students exhibit a moderate to slightly elevated imposter phenomenon.Nursing educators and administrators should implement intervention measures based on the influencing factors,thus to adjust cognition,mitigate imposter pheno-menon,and foster a positive development of their professional careers.
