钉型双向水泥搅拌桩技术在市政道路施工中的应用

摘　　要：钉型水泥土双向搅拌桩是在水泥搅拌桩的基础上,进一步对软基进行加强处理,增强地基承载力,在处理软土基工程中得到了广泛的应用。以莆田市荔城区玉湖新城古山、埭里片区市政及配套设施工程为例,详细介绍了钉型水泥土双向搅拌桩的施工前准备工作、施工技术参数、施工步骤、施工要求、单桩标定、桩基参数、施工要点、成桩检验等内容。实践表明,钉型双向水泥搅拌桩技术在玉湖新城项目—尚济街市政道路工程中的应用为莆田市首例,对莆田市地基处理深度比较大的其他地段具有重要的推广应用意义。The nail type cement-soil two-way mixing pile is based on the cement-soil mixing pile to further strengthen the soft foundation and enhance the bearing capacity of the foundation,which has been widely used in the treatment of soft soil foundation engineering.Taking the municipal and supporting facilities projects in Gushan and Daili areas of Yuhu New Town,Licheng District,Putian City as an example,this paper introduces in detail the pre-construction preparation,construction technical parameters,construction steps,construction requirements,single pile calibration,pile foundation parameters,construction points,pile completion inspection,etc.The practice shows that the application of the nail type two-way cement mixing pile technology in the Yuhu New Town project-Shangji Street municipal road project is the first case in Putian City,and has important significance for the promotion and application of other sections with relatively deep foundation treatment in Putian City.
