摘　　要：针对乘客在站行为和地铁运营对乘客行为的影响进行探讨,系统分析影响乘客乘坐地铁良好行为的因素,构建地铁运行脆弱性理论体系,得出乘客在站异常行为主要分为与乘坐地铁直接相关和与乘坐地铁本身无关两类,两类异常行为均会对地铁运营造成影响。以昆明地铁为例,提出地铁运营企业利用车站现有资源引导乘客正确乘坐地铁的有效措施。This paper discusses the behavior of passengers in subway stations and the impact of subway operation on passenger behavior,systematically analyze the factors affecting passengers'good behavior in subway,constructing the theoretical system of subway operation vulnerability.It is concluded that the abnormal behavior of passengers at the station is mainly directly related to taking the subway and irrelevant to taking the subway itself,and both types of abnormal behaviors will affect subway operation.Taking Kunming subway as an example,this paper puts forward effective measures for subway operating enterprises to use the existing resources of the station to guide passengers to take the subway correctly.
