摘  要:科技园区作为高新技术企业的聚集区,是推动创新、加速知识转移的重要通道,是国家科技创新驱动、产业转型升级持续发展的重要力量。马群科技园是南京市栖霞区经济发展的核心板块和高新产业的重要承载区。文章通过分析马群科技园发展现状、发展机遇和挑战,从企业创新、人才引育、产业强链、空间优化等方面为园区的创新发展提出建议,形成以企业创新引领支撑产业创新的“马群模式”,持续推进产业基础高级化、产业链现代化,构建绿色发展长效机制,促进产城融合发展。As a gathering area for high-tech enterprises,science and technology parks are an important channel for promoting innovation and accelerating knowledge transfer,and an important force for driving national scientific and technological innovation and sustainable development of industrial transformation and upgrading.Maqun science and technology park is the core sector of economic development and an important carrier area for high-tech industries in Qixia district,Nanjing.The article analyzes the current development status,opportunities,and challenges of Maqun science and technology park,and puts forward suggestions for the innovative development of the park from aspects such as enterprise innovation,talent cultivation,strong industrial chain,and spatial optimization.It forms a“Maqun model”led by enterprise innovation to support industrial innovation,continuously promotes the upgrading of industrial foundation and modernization of industrial chain,constructs a long-term green development mechanism,and promotes the integration of industry and city development.
