摘　　要：随着人工智能技术的不断发展,ChatGPT作为一种自然语言处理模型,在为图书馆提供更高效和个性化的参考咨询服务中具有无限潜力。文章首先介绍了ChatGPT的基本概念和发展历史,接着重点介绍了其在图书馆参考咨询服务中模型训练的实施过程和方式,讨论了ChatGPT给图书馆咨询服务带来的优势和变革,提出了ChatGPT在提升咨询服务效率和准确性方面的优势。最后,指出了ChatGPT的一些不足与对未来的期望。With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology,ChatGPT,as a natural language processing model,has unlimited potential in providing libraries with more efficient and personalized reference services.The article first introduces the basic concept and development history of ChatGPT,and then focuses on the implementation process and methods of model training in library reference services.It discusses the advantages and changes that ChatGPT brings to library consulting services,and proposes the advantages of ChatGPT in improving the efficiency and accuracy of consulting services.Finally,some shortcomings and expectations for the future of ChatGPT were pointed out.
