摘　　要：文章探索建立科技论文代表作遴选体系,引导新时期科技期刊发展新定位——分层分类发挥龙头引领作用,重视人才资源的培育,发挥论文成果的现实生产力。以江苏省科协立项支持的优秀论文遴选活动为案例,建立了评价指标、评选、重视选题的社会效益为主导,成果的落地效益为宗旨的遴选理念和实践路径。以江苏期刊集群为基础,从遴选结果可以看出江苏期刊对重大发展领域、关键卡脖子问题、地区特色产业发展的支撑作用。遴选活动注重论文的选题意义和对科技发展的贡献,以期引导更多最新科研成果发表到江苏期刊上,引导期刊编辑融入产业生态,引导和支撑科技产业发展,从而使我国期刊更好更快地实现世界一流期刊建设发展目标。The article explores the establishment of a representative work selection system for scientific and technological papers,guiding the development of scientific and technological journals in the new era with a new positioning-hierarchical classification plays a leading role,attaches importance to the cultivation of talent resources,and unleashes the practical productivity of paper achievements.Taking the excellent paper selection activity supported by the Jiangsu Association for Science and Technology as a case study,a selection concept and practical path have been established with evaluation indicators,selection,and emphasis on the social benefits of topic selection as the main focus,and the implementation benefits of achievements as the purpose.Based on the Jiangsu journal cluster,the selection results show the supporting role of Jiangsu journals in major development areas,key bottleneck issues,and regional characteristic industry development.The selection activity focuses on the significance of the topic selection and the contribution to scientific and technological development of the paper,with the aim of guiding more latest scientific research results to be published in Jiangsu journals,guiding journal editors to integrate into the industrial ecology,guiding and supporting the development of the technology industry,and thus enabling Chinese journals to better and faster achieve the goal of building world-class journals.
