摘 要:文中利用UHPC对64 m大跨度节段预制高速铁路简支箱梁展开设计研究,对其构造设计、静力、动力计算、稳定性分析、和拼装架设过程的受力进行分析.结果表明:64 m节段预制UHPC简支箱梁结构受力和变形均满足规范要求,施工和运营阶段均不发生失稳破坏.拼装过程架桥机-吊杆-主梁三者刚度耦合共同受力不可忽略,且架桥机抗弯刚度对主梁影响较大,而吊杆抗拉刚度对其影响较小.Using UHPC,the design of 64m long-span segmental precast simple-supported box girder of high-speed railway was studied,and its structural design,static and dynamic calculation,stability analysis,lateral stress and stress during assembly and erection were analyzed.The results show that the stress and deformation of 64m segmental precast UHPC simply supported box girder structure meet the requirements of the code,and there is no instability and failure during construction and operation.During the assembly process,the stiffness coupling of bridge erecting machine,suspender and main girder cannot be ignored,and the bending stiffness of bridge erecting machine has a great influence on the main girder,while the tensile stiffness of suspender has a little influence on it.
