前三门大街沿街建筑类型及其演变研究

摘　　要：前三门大街及沿街建筑曾是北京旧城城市景观的重要组成部分,而经历了现代化的遽变,北京城市形态所发生的剧烈演变,也同样鲜明地体现在前三门大街沿街建筑类型演变的过程中。文章通过梳理前三门大街沿街建筑建成年代、建筑功能,结合建筑形态,划分出6种建筑类型时期,总结出各时期建筑类型及其演变,并针对其中居住建筑的类型发展过程进行特征研究,以期为今后的街道保护与发展提供参考。Qiansanmen street and the buildings along the street used to be an important part of the urban landscape of the old city of Beijing.After the rapid change of modernization,the dramatic evolution of Beijing’s urban form is also clearly reflected in the evolution of the types of buildings along Qiansanmen street.By combing the construction time and architectural function of the buildings,and analyzing the architectural form,the article divides out six architectural periods,summarizes the architectural types and their evolution in each period,and studies the characteristics of the development of residential buildings in order to provide reference for the future protection and development works.
