摘  要:住区的户外健身场地是老年人日常停留活动的重要场所之一,而既有住区室外健身场地空间不足、设计不合理、设施老旧等问题严重影响了老年人的使用。本文以深圳市南山区、福田区的既有住区健身场地为例,通过问卷调研和实地观察,发现了针对健身场地所引发出的“基础改造行为”与“拓展改造行为”。基于这些行为需求与问卷调研结果,制定了符合既有住区户外健身场地老年人行为需求的“复合需求型”改造清单,为今后既有住区健身场地适老空间品质诊断与升级改造提供参考。The outdoor fitness venue in the residential area is one of the important places for the daily activities of the elderly.In Shenzhen,97.8%of the elderly choose to live in their own communities instead of institutions,but the unreasonable design of outdoor venues in existing residential areas and outdated facilities have seriously affected the use of the elderly.The article takes some representative existing residential fitness venues in Nanshan District and Futian District of Shenzhen as examples to conduct questionnaire survey and field research. It was found that there were problems in the fitness venues, which triggered the “basic transformation behavior” and “expansion transformation behavior”. In response to these behavioral needs and the results of the questionnaire survey, a renovation list for different types of fitness venues is proposed, that is, a “complex demand-oriented” space optimization strategy.
