摘  要:与私人电动车相比,电动出租车充电负荷高且难以预测,会给电力系统带来严重危害。为解决这一问题,本文提出了一种基于实时电价响应的电动出租车充电负荷优化策略,该策略可以有效调节充电负荷用来跟踪给定的负荷曲线。策略设计包括三个步骤,首先根据应用场景,简化电动出租车最佳的充电决策,然后提出了两种充电负荷聚合模型,分别描述了充电决策和实时电价之间的关系以及充电决策和总电量之间的关系,最后提出了一种有效的在线估计方法来计算适当的实时电价,以使充电负荷跟踪目标负荷,作为对价格的响应。通过实时电价响应的电动出租车充电负荷优化策略,不仅可以避免负荷曲线出现新的峰值,还可以转移负荷和需求响应,使配电系统更安全稳定。仿真结果验证了所提策略的有效性。Compared to private electric vehicles,electric taxis have a higher and less predictable charging load,which poses a serious threat to the power system.To solve this problem,this paper proposes an electric taxi charging load optimization strategy based on real-time electricity price response.This strategy can effectively adjust the charging load to track a given load curve.The strategy design consists of three steps.First,based on the application scenario,it simplifies the optimal charging decision for electric taxis.Next,two charging load aggregation models are proposed to describe the relationship between charging decisions and real-time electricity prices,as well as the relationship between charging decisions and total electricity consumption.Finally,an effective online estimation method is proposed to calculate the appropriate real-time electricity price,enabling the charging load to track the target load in response to prices.By employing this strategy,not only can new peaks in the load curve be avoided,but also the load and demand response can be shifted,resulting in a safer and more stable distribution system.Simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
