摘 要:经济发展与资源环境承载力的共同提升是近期国家所倡导的城乡建设绿色发展政策中对于城市更新工作的重要要求。针对我国工业历史老城区的共性分析,以生态环境优化为切入点,运用景观格局分析法分析了该类型城市更新工作中普遍存在的问题,提出了应通过更新目标与统筹发展的总体思路,结合城市绿地系统修补与存量资源高效利用,形成城市地域特色与城市总体风貌融合的更新理念。在量化成效指标的同时也结合福州市马尾船政老城区的实践,论证了该理论可在有效提升工业历史老城区综合承载能力的同时,实现“产城融合、生态宜居、历史传承”的城市更新成效,可为类似工作提供借鉴意义。The joint improvement of economic development and the carrying capacity of resources and environment is an important requirement for urban renewal in the green development policy of urban and rural construction advocated by the state recently.Aiming at the common analysis of China's industrial historical old towns,this paper takes ecological environment optimization as the starting point,uses the landscape pattern analysis method to analyze the common problems in this type of urban renewal work,and proposes that the renewal concept of integrating urban regional characteristics and overall urban appearance should be formed through the overall idea of renewal goals and overall development,combined with urban green space system repair and efficient utilization of stock resources.While quantifying the performance indicators,combined with the practice of the old town of Mawei Shipping Administration in Fuzhou City,it is demonstrated that this theory can effectively improve the comprehensive carrying capacity of the industrial historical old city while realizing the urban renewal effect of"industry-city integration,ecological livability,and historical inheritance",which can provide a reference significance for similar work.
