基于遥感监测的新增城镇工矿用地时空特征分析——以重庆主城都市区为例

摘  要:及时掌握新增建设情况对摸清用地动态、提前决策具有重要意义。基于遥感监测成果,采用加权平均中心、标准差椭圆、核密度估计定量分析了重庆主城都市区2020年二季度至2021年三季度城镇工矿用地空间分布特征,结果显示:6个季度新增城镇工矿用地的加权平均中心位于区域平均中心的西偏南方向3.58 km,并随着时间的推移曲折向西、向南移动;标准差椭圆方位角为95.16°,扁率为0.23,2020年三季度以来标准差椭圆面积逐渐增大;中心城区核密度像元约为主城新区的1/2,核密度高值像元约为主城新区的2倍。结果表明:总体上6个季度新增城镇工矿用地主要分布于中部偏西偏南的区域,并逐渐向主城新区扩大,呈离散式向东西方向延伸;中心城区新增城镇工矿用地总体少于主城新区、分布较为聚集,集中连片式分布并向西部延伸,其中渝北-北碚的两江新区片区核密度峰值最高;主城新区新增城镇工矿用地较多、分布较为离散,以璧山、永川、大足等为代表的主城新区西部区域新增态势优于东部。It is of great significance to grasp the situation of new construction in time to find out the dynamics of land use and make decisions in advance.Based on the remote sensing monitoring results,this paper quantitatively analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of urban industrial and mining land in the main urban area of Chongqing from the second quarter of 2020 to the third quarter of 2021 using weighted average center,standard deviation ellipse analysis,and kernel density estimation.The weighted average center of newly-added urban industrial and mining land in the 6 quarters is 3.58km west-south of the regional average center,and moves westward and southward with time.The standard deviation ellipse has an azimuth angle of 95.16°and a flattening rate of 0.23.The area of the standard deviation ellipse has gradually increased since the third quarter of 2020.The core density pixels in the central urban area are about half of those in the main city new area,and the high-value pixels of the core density are about twice as high as those in the main city new area.It shows that in general,the newly added urban industrial and mining land in the six quarters is mainly distributed in the central,west-south and south area,and gradually expands to the new area of the main city,extending to the east-west direction in a discrete manner;The newly added urban industrial and mining land in the central urban area is less than that in the new urban area;the distribution is more concentrated,and the distribution is concentrated and extended to the west,among which the peak nuclear density is the highest in the Liangjiang New area of Yubei and Beibei.More industrial and mining land was added in the new main city New area,and the distribution was relatively scattered.The new trend in the western part of the new main city New area represented by Bishan,Yongchuan and Dazu was better than that in the eastern part.
