摘　　要：[目的/意义]探索构建新时期结构化、专业化、系统化、特色化的产业技术情报服务体系,为深化我国产业情报体系提供新思路。[方法/过程]梳理新时期我国产业创新环境特征,剖析产业技术情报服务目标需求的新特点,构建产业技术情报服务细分模块理论架构,从供给要素着手提出新时期服务体系建设策略。[结果/结论]围绕技术、市场、产业、环境四大细分模块,研究构建各模块的基础服务层与新时期应变层的具体内涵与核心要素,并提出需求引领强化服务体系顶层设计、构建细分“专精特”情报决策服务模式、联合建立多元协同攻关机制、思维突破探索创新方法的产业技术情报服务体系建设建议。[Purpose/significance]This paper aims to explore a structured,specialized,systematized and characteristic industrial technical intelligence service system in the new period,providing new ideas for deepening our industrial intelligence systems.[Method/process]The characteristics of our industrial innovation environment in the new period were analyzed,and new target demand of the industrial technical intelligence service was characterized.Then the theoretical structure of the industrial technical intelligence service subdivisions was studied.The service system in the new period from the supporting factors was put forward.[Result/conclusion]Focusing on the four subdivisions,containing the technology,market,industry and environment,the specific connotation and core elements of the basic service layer and the strain layer in the new period under each subdivision were studied and proposed.Accordingly,the suggestions were proposed,namely,demand-leading strengthening of the top-level design of the service system in new period,the construction of the“specialized-refinement-differential”subdivision intelligence decision service mode,the joint establishment of multivariate collaborative mechanisms for tackling key problems,and the innovative methods of thinking breakthrough.
