智能检修与风险管控在变电站中的应用

摘  要:在电力系统的运行和维护中,安全性和可靠性是至关重要的。为此,该研究提出一种创新的双重保障策略,包括微机防误和风险管控系统,可以提供检修操作界面,通过生成检修作业票才能解锁操作,使用检修智能钥匙及专用锁具进行授权控制,实现对检修隔离作业的统一管控、安全措施的强制执行。根据实际应用情况,该系统将故障平均排除时间降低81.9%,系统运行故障数量降低86%。所提技术保障运行检修人员现场工作安全,对智能变电站在线监视也做一些有益的实践探索。In the operation and maintenance of power system,security and reliability are very important.For this reason,this study puts forward an innovative dual guarantee strategy,including microcomputer error prevention and risk control system,which can provide maintenance operation interface and unlock operation only by generating maintenance operation ticket.The maintenance intelligent key and special lock are used for authorization control to realize the unified management and control of maintenance isolation operation and the enforcement of safety measures.According to the actual application,the average troubleshooting time of the system is reduced by 81.9%,and the number of running faults of the system is reduced by 86%.The proposed technology ensures the on-site work safety of operation and maintenance personnel,and makes some useful practical explorations for the on-line monitoring of intelligent substations.
