摘 要:为更好地实现油页岩环保、清洁综合开发利用,提出采用新疆宝明矿业油页岩干馏过程中氨氮产生的原因及采用氨氮吹脱工艺消除氨氮对生产及周边环境的影响。通过具体分析氨氮产生的主要原因、处理前后氨氮含量及指标,氨氮吹脱工艺的选择,包括除油、氨氮吹脱与制氨水、吹脱设备的影响因素、pH调节、温度、水力负荷、气液比和填料控制具体应用实践,为油页岩开发过程中涉及到的氨氮问题提供参考。研究结果有助于降低污水中的氨氮含量,对减少循环水冷却油页岩灰渣过程中氨氮的溢出,具有显著的技术经济效益。In order to better realize the environmental protection and clean comprehensive development of oil shale,this paper puts forward the causes of the dry distillation process of oil shale in Baoming Mining Industry in Xinjiang and the use of ammonia nitrogen stripping process to eliminate the influence of ammonia nitrogen on production and surrounding environment.Through the specific analysis of the main causes of ammonia nitrogen production,the ammonia nitrogen content and index before and after treatment,and the selection of ammonia nitrogen stripping process,including oil removal,ammonia nitrogen stripping and ammonia production water,influencing factors of blowing equipment,pH value adjustment,temperature,hydraulic load,gas-liquid ratio,packing control,the specific application practice provides a reference for the ammonia nitrogen problems involved in the development of oil shale,and the research results are helpful to reduce the ammonia nitrogen content in sewage.It has remarkable technical and economic benefits to reduce ammonia nitrogen overflow in the process of circulating water cooling oil shale ash.
