摘　　要：二维条码的数据中包含产品具体生产信息、日期、分类等,对于工厂进行产品质量管理、追踪、判别等具有非常重要的意义。因此,得益于MATRIX 220型读码器紧凑灵巧的设计结构,便捷的安装方式及适应于不同类型的复杂工作环境,在卷烟包装设备上多选用该型号读码器。该文以Focke FX机型为例,通过安装调试读码器阐述MATRIX 220型读码器的工作原理和调试方法。The QR-CODE data contains product-specific production information,date,classification and so on;for the factory product quality management,tracking,identification and so on has a very important significance;therefore,thanks to the MATRIX 220 image based reader compact and flexible design structure,convenient installation and adapt to different types of complex working environments,in the cigarette packaging machine,more often use this type of code reader;This paper takes the Focke FX packing machine as an example,through the installation and debugging of the code reader to illustrate the working principle and debugging method of the MATRIX 220 image based reader.
