一种YB28新型封签喷胶清洁器

摘　　要：YB28型软盒包装机封签纸的上胶装置选用HHS喷胶器,由于机构本身原因,喷胶嘴外会有残留的胶水,残留的胶水长时间与空气接触而凝固导致喷胶嘴堵塞,再次对封签纸进行喷胶时,会出现断胶或无胶等不良现象。为避免发生封签上胶不良,原机喷胶器配有一个自动清洁装置。其原理主要依靠加压装置将石蜡油存储盒内的石蜡油输送至清洁毛毡上,停机状态下喷胶嘴与含油毛毡相互摩擦从而实现喷胶器的清洁。由于在持续的石蜡油加压作用下毛毡容易脱离支座,从而丧失对喷胶嘴的清洁作用。其次,清洁装置的加压机构,其加压时间间隔由控制电脑来设定,但是不能区别设备的停机或者运行状态,固定时间间隔的加压造成毛毡处的石蜡油压力过大,有顶推毛毡的趋势。为此,重新设计一种YB28新型封签喷胶清洁器,通过吸水海绵对喷胶嘴进行清洁,吸水海绵支架通过永磁铁与固定支座相连,更换拆卸便捷。该清洁器结构简单,能够在满足清洁要求的条件下提高喷胶嘴的使用率,减少更换次数,节约生产成本,显著降低封签喷胶嘴清洁效果不佳的技术问题。The sealing device of YB28 flexible box packaging machine uses HHS glue sprayer.Due to the mechanism itself,there may be residual glue outside the spray nozzle.The residual glue solidifies after long-term contact with air,resulting in clogging of the spray nozzle.When spraying the sealing paper again,there may be defects such as broken or no glue.To avoid poor sealing,the original machine glue sprayer is equipped with an automatic cleaning device.The principle mainly relies on a pressure device to transport the paraffin oil in the paraffin oil storage box to the cleaning felt.When the machine is stopped,the glue nozzle and the oily felt rub against each other to achieve the cleaning of the glue sprayer.Due to the continuous pressure of paraffin oil,the felt easily detaches from the support,thus losing its cleaning effect on the spray nozzle.Secondly,the pressure mechanism of the cleaning device has a pressure interval set by the control computer,but it cannot distinguish the shutdown or operating status of the equipment.The pressure at a fixed time interval causes excessive pressure on the paraffin oil at the felt,leading to a tendency to push the felt upwards.To this end,a new YB28 sealing spray cleaner has been redesigned,which uses a water absorbing sponge to clean the spray nozzle.The water absorbing sponge bracket is connected to the fixed support through a permanent magnet,making replacement and disassembly convenient.The cleaner has a simple structure and can improve the usage rate of the adhesive nozzle while meeting cleaning requirements,reduce replacement times,save production costs,and significantly reduce the technical issues of poor cleaning effect of the sealing adhesive nozzle.
