摘 要:电力电子变压器集成变流器系统应用于轨道交通车辆,其输入直接连接牵引网,输出连接牵引电机和辅助供电负载,能量双向流动,单位功率因数运行。该文首先分析单相单级PWM整流控制策略,给出在旋转坐标系下的PI控制器参数设计方法,并将该单级整流控制策略应用于52级级联单相AC/DC变换器;然后仿真分析中间级高频隔离CLLC谐振变换器启动瞬态过程;最后分析三相级联DC/AC输出电压THD特性。结果表明,该系统输入电流总谐波畸变率(THD)低于1%,功率因数大于0.99,输出电压THD低于3.50%。The power electronic transformer integrated converter system is used in rail transit vehicles,its input is directly connected to the traction network,the output is connected to the traction motor and the auxiliary power supply load,the energy flows in both directions,and the unit power factor runs.In this paper,the control strategy of single-phase single-stage PWM rectifier is analyzed,and the parameter design method of PI controller in rotating coordinate system is given,and the single-stage rectifier control strategy is applied to 52-stage cascaded single-phase AC/DC converter.Then the start-up transient process of intermediate stage high-frequency isolated CLLC resonant converter is simulated and analyzed.Finally,the output voltage THD(total harmonic distortion)characteristics of three-phase cascaded DC/AC are analyzed.The results show that the THD of the input current is less than 1%,the power factor is more than 0.99,and the output voltage THD is less than 3.50%.
