摘　　要：160万t/a溶剂脱沥青装置原设计轻脱油供加氢装置、重脱油供催化裂解装置(DCC)。开工后根据轻脱油产品质量及全厂物料平衡,研究增设轻脱油去DCC装置作为原料流程,解决物料平衡问题,增加公司效益。该文详细介绍原料供料研究过程及控制方向。The original design of the 1.6 million t/a solvent deasphalting unit was for light deoiling for hydrogenation and heavy deoiling for DCC.After the start of construction,based on the quality of light deoiling products and the overall material balance of the factory,a light deoiling and DCC removal unit is added as the raw material flow to solve the problem of material balance and increase the benefit of the company.In this paper,the research process and control direction of raw material supply are introduced in detail.
