摘  要:为解决电除尘系统运行环节存在的耗电量过大、电气控制精度不足问题,规避由此引发的除尘效率下降困境,保证系统运行效益、节能效益的综合提升,该文进行深入探究。先简要分析案例电除尘系统运行现状,然后针对分析结果设计控制参数调节试验,在此基础上对应完善负荷控制、浊度控制功能,拆除原有高低压控制柜,更换为WFb型电除尘专用高压整流设备,同时调整振打器振打方式,经过技改的电除尘系统运行表现良好,能够为电除尘电气控制自动化设计提供借鉴。In order to solve the problems of excessive power consumption and insufficient electrical control precision in the operation of the electrostatic precipitator system,to avoid the decline of dust removal efficiency,and to ensure the comprehensive improvement of system operation and energy-saving benefits,this paper makes an in-depth exploration.First,the operation status of the electrostatic precipitator system is briefly analyzed,and then the control parameter adjustment test is designed according to the analysis results.On this basis,the functions of load control and turbidity control are improved,the original high and low voltage control cabinet is removed and replaced by WFb special high voltage rectifying equipment for electrostatic precipitator.At the same time,the vibrating mode of the vibrator is adjusted,and the technical reform of the electrostatic precipitator system performs well.Therefore,this design can provide reference for the automatic design of electrical control of electrostatic precipitator.
