车过3种形态桥压力大小教具的设计与制作

摘　　要：高中阶段借助教具进行物理授课的方式意义重大。该文基于高中向心力内容设计以车过桥为例的压力演示教具。用轨道和小球分别模拟桥和车,电磁弹射装置推动小球,让小球分别过凹形、直形、拱形3种不同形态的轨道。该教具由ATmega328P作为主控芯片,轨道中央放有压力传感器用于采集压力,WS2812B灯带亮灯数量来表示压力大小,同时亮灯数量由TM1637数码管显示。通过对比小球静止在轨道中心位置和小球滚过3种形态轨道中心位置的压力大小,来验证向心力的存在及相关结论。The way of teaching physics with the help of teaching aids in senior high school is of great significance.Based on the content of centripetal force in senior high school,this paper designs a pressure demonstration teaching aid taking a car crossing a bridge as an example.The track and the ball are used to simulate the bridge and the car,and the electromagnetic ejection device is used to push the ball through the concave,straight and arched tracks.The teaching aid uses ATmega328P as the main control chip,a pressure sensor is placed in the center of the track to collect pressure,the number of WS2812B lights is used to indicate the pressure,and the number of lights is displayed by TM1637 digital tube.By comparing the pressure of the static position of the ball in the center of the orbit and the position of the ball rolling through the center of the orbit,the existence of centripetal force and related conclusions are verified.
