摘  要:近年来随着中国海油平台的快速发展,变频电驱天然气压缩机组市场需求量逐年增大。对比于海油平台常用的燃驱压缩机组,电驱压缩机组在前期投资和后期维护都具有明显优势。而在电驱形式中,变频启动形式比液力耦合器启动形式更具明显优势。受海油平台空间限制,“橇装式”变频电驱天然气压缩机组完成了集成润滑油站、集成密封气站、集成仪表接线箱、集成油管路、集成气管路和整体底座的研制工作,对提升我国海油平台可靠性及关键设备制造与加工技术水平具有重要意义。With the rapid development of CNOOC platforms in recent years,the market demand of frequency conversion electric drive natural gas compressor unit increased year by year.Compared with the combustion drive compressor units,the electric drive compressor units have obvious advantages in pre-investment and post maintenance.The frequency conversion starting form has more obvious advantages than the hydraulic coupler starting form.Restricted by CNOOC platform space,“skid”natural gas compressor unit completed the development of the integration of lubricating oil station,sealing gas station,instrument junction box,oil pipeline,gas pipe and the integral baseplate.It has great significance for improving the reliability of CNOOC platform and the manufacturing and processing technology of key equipments.
