摘 要:为了验证活塞式空压机VA-80的护盖网可靠性,利用Workbench建立三维有限元模型,根据实际工艺和安装方式施加边界条件,进行稳态结构分析、模态分析和随机振动分析。研究结果表明:活塞式空压机VA-80护盖网稳态工况结构稳定,与激振振源不发生共振,在随机振动下振动烈度在安全范围内。In order to verify the reliability of the protection net of VA-80 piston air compressor,a three-dimensional finite element model was established by Workbench.The boundary conditions were imposed according to the actual process and installation mode,and the steady structure analysis,modal analysis and random vibration analysis were carried out.The research results show that the protection net of VA-80 piston air compressor can keep stable structure in steady state condition,which does not resonate with the excitation source,and the vibration intensity is within a safe range under random vibration.
