摘　　要：近年来,土地资源日益紧缩,轨道规划设计及开发建设的精细化集约化成为趋势,TOD模式已成为当主流理念之一。为有效在决策阶段筛选适宜TOD开发的项目,提供一种面向城市TOD模式开发适宜性的评价方法及系统,通过多渠道多模式收集资料,得到评价目标所在地的土地政策及手续办理、开发方案、投资及运营模式,实现城市TOD模式开发适宜性的全面和实时评价,并以济南轨道交通4号线山大路站的规划策划进行案例应用论证。In recent years,land resources have become increasingly tight,and the refinement and intensification of track planning,design,development and construction has become a trend.TOD mode has become one of the mainstream concepts.In order to effectively screen the projects suitable for TOD development at the decision-making stage,provide an evaluation method and system for the suitability of urban TOD model development,collect data through multi-channel and multi-mode,obtain the land policy and formalities handling,development scheme,investment and operation mode of the evaluation target location,and realize the comprehensive and real-time evaluation of the suitability of urban TOD model development,And take the planning of Shanda Road Station of Jinan Rail Transit Line 4 as a case study.
