摘  要:我国公路运输占据了较大市场份额,铁路运量大、能耗低的优势发挥不充分,不合理的运输结构加剧了环境污染、交通拥堵以及运输安全等问题。提升铁路货运占比是保护环境、降低污染排放的重要途径。瑞士通过建设阿尔卑斯山铁路货运走廊,采用立法的手段,引导公路货物运输转向铁路,从而降低重型卡车数量,以缓解环境污染、交通拥堵、交通安全等问题。本文通过对此案例进行分析,总结实现“公转铁”成功的相关举措,形成对我国推进运输结构调整的启示。China's highway transportation occupies a large market share,the railway transportation volume is big,the energy consumption low superiority displays insufficiently,the unreasonable transportation structure aggravates the environment pollution,the traffic jam and the transportation safety and so on.Increasing the proportion of railway freight is an important way to protect the environment and reduce pollution discharge.Switzerland has reduced the number of heavy trucks through the construction of alpine railway freight corridors and the introduction of legislation to divert road freight traffic to railways,to alleviate environmental pollution,traffic congestion,traffic safety and other issues.Through the analysis of this case,this paper summarizes the successful measures to achieve“Transit iron”,forming the Enlightenment for our country to promote the adjustment of transport structure.
