摘  要:设计开发的浪涌发生器和CDN校准自动测量系统,使用USB接口连接示波器与PC,软件向示波器发出指令捕捉波形,然后将波形导入软件内部进行信号处理,通过算法运算得到待测参数。软件使用python语言编写,主要分为驱动和控制模块、信号处理与算法模块、图形用户接口(GUI)模块、测量报告生成模块几部分,使用均值滤波和中值滤波算法进行波形处理,计算速度快、通用性强、精确度高,且便于修改和升级代码。克服了传统手动测量方法存在的速度慢、测量结果波动大等缺点。经过软件测量与手动测量比对验证,软件能大幅缩减校准用时,提高工作效率,同时具有较高的复现性、稳定性,适合在浪涌信号发生设备校准中投入使用。The surge generator and CDN calibration automatic measurement system designed and developed use a USB interface to connect the oscilloscope to a PC.The software sends instructions to the oscilloscope to capture the waveform,and then imports the waveform into the software for signal processing.The parameters to be tested are obtained through algorithm calculations.The software is written in Python language and is mainly divided into several parts:driver and control module,signal processing and algorithm module,graphical user interface(GUI)module,and measurement report generation module.Mean filtering and median filtering algorithms are used for waveform processing,which has fast calculation speed,strong universality,high accuracy,and is easy to modify and upgrade the code.It overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional manual measurement methods,such as slow speed and large fluctuation of measurement results.After software measurement and manual measurement comparison verification,the software can significantly reduce calibration time,improve work efficiency,and have high reproducibility and stability,making it suitable for use in the calibration of surge signal generation equipment.
