摘 要:人造石墨粉末自粘结能力弱、成形工艺性不佳,难以器件化,开发利用价值不高。以人造石墨粉末为主要原材料,利用微热压增材成形技术快速制备了高密度石墨件,研究了不同混合粉末组成对试样层间结合状态影响,确定最佳材料配方组成,揭示层间结合机理。结果表明:添加适量的天然鳞片石墨粉末和对人造石墨粉末进行包覆预处理均有助于改善成形工艺性,单元层的层间结合力与粉层间的机械咬合力和粘结剂的渗流范围呈正相关。当人造石墨粉末(包覆1次)和天然鳞片粉末质量比为50∶35,热固性酚醛树脂粉末加入量为19 mass%时,最大成形密度可达到1.80 g/cm^(3),高温炭化后试样抗弯强度达到4.7 MPa,表明层间结合性较好。Artificial graphite powder has weak self-bonding ability and poor forming process,making it difficult to fabricate device and has low development and utilization value.Using artificial graphite powder as the main raw material,high-density graphite parts were rapidly prepared using micro hot pressing additive forming technology.The influence of different mixed powder compositions on the interlayer bonding state of the samples was studied,the optimal material formula composition was determined,and the interlayer bonding mechanism was revealed.The results show that adding an appropriate amount of natural flake graphite powder and pre coating artificial graphite powder can improve the forming process,and the interlayer bonding force of the unit layer is positively correlated with the mechanical bonding force between the powder layers and the seepage range of the binder.When the mass ratio of artificial graphite powder(coated once)to natural flake powder is 50∶35,and the addition amount of thermosetting phenolic resin powder is 19 mass%,the maximum forming density can reach 1.80 g/cm^(3),and the bending strength of the specimen after high temperature carbonization reaches 4.7 MPa,which indicates that the interlayer bonding is good.
