摘  要:采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射以及电子背散射衍射技术等研究了不同再结晶退火温度和不同冷拉拔变形量对小规格气阀用Ni30合金线棒材组织性能的影响。结果表明:在1020℃再结晶退火后,能够消除合金热轧组织的加工硬化效应,降低显微硬度,晶界碳化物完全溶解,晶粒均匀细小,有利于后续的冷拉拔变形。随着冷拉拔变形量的增大,退火态合金的原始奥氏体晶粒中产生大量形变孪晶组织,变形晶粒由<001>//拉拔方向取向逐渐转变为<111>//拉拔方向取向。当变形量达到60.3%时,变形组织整体呈现出纤维状特征,奥氏体晶粒被分割成为若干孪晶-母相片层结构。综合考虑材料性能和加工难度,拉拔变形量的选择不宜超过56.4%。Effect of different recrystallization annealing temperatures and cold drawing deformations on microstructure and properties of Ni30 alloy wire bars for small-sized gas valves was studied by means of scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and electron backscatter diffraction technique.The results show that after recrystallization annealing at 1020℃,the work hardening effect of the hotrolled microstructure of the alloy can be eliminated,the microhardness can be reduced,the grain boundary carbides can be completely dissolved,and the grains are uniform and fine,which is conducive to subsequent cold drawing deformation.With the increase deformation of cold drawing,a large number of deformation twin structures are generated in the primary austenite grains of the annealed alloy,and the orientation of the deformed grains gradually changes from<001>//drawing direction to<111>//drawing direction.When the deformation reaches 60.3%,the deformed microstructure exhibits a fibrous structure as a whole,and the austenite grains are divided into several twin parent layer structures.Considering the material properties and processing difficulty,the selection of drawing deformation should not exceed 56.4%.
