摘　　要：20世纪90年代初,主政福州的习近平为推进经济和社会发展,主持编制和推动实施了《福州市20年经济社会发展战略设想》(简称“‘3820’战略工程”)。“3820”战略工程的成功实施有力地推进了福州的发展,其中的发展理念和成功实践,孕育了习近平关于中国式现代化的若干重要理念和原则。系统研究和阐释“3820”战略工程,对于深入研究和深刻把握习近平关于中国式现代化的重要论述,具有典型价值和发展意义。In the early 1990s,Xi Jinping,then governor of Fuzhou,southeast China’s Fujian Province,presided over the preparation and implementation of the“20-Year Economic and Social Development Strategy of Fuzhou”(referred to as the“3820”Project).The“3820”Project proved a success.The conceptualization and successful implementation of the“3820”Project contribute to Xi’s major ideas of Chinese modernization.A systematic study and interpretation of the“3820”Project is conducive to in-depth research and correct understanding of Xi’s important statements on Chinese modernization.
