“发展社会主义政治文明”目标的确立及其意义

摘　　要：党的十一届三中全会决定将党和国家的工作中心转移到经济建设上来,推进社会主义政治文明建设的任务也随之提上议事日程。党的十六大报告正式提出“发展社会主义民主政治,建设社会主义政治文明”是全面建设小康社会的重要目标。在此基础上,党的十七大报告进一步提出了“发展社会主义政治文明”的奋斗目标。党的十八大报告、党的十九届六中全会通过的《中共中央关于党的百年奋斗重大成就和历史经验的决议》重申了“发展社会主义政治文明”的奋斗目标。这样,“发展社会主义政治文明”就被确立为社会主义现代化国家建设的重要内容,成为未来中国政治发展的奋斗目标。检视“发展社会主义政治文明”奋斗目标的确立历程,揭示其中的逻辑进路和演进规律,对于坚持中国特色社会主义政治发展道路,创造人类政治文明新形态,具有重要意义。When the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the CPC announced that China is shifting its focus to economic development,the task of promoting socialist political progress was also put on the agenda.The report to the 16th CPC National Congress formally put forward“developing socialist democracy and establishing a socialist political civilization”as an important goal for building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects.On this basis,the report to the 17th CPC National Congress further proposed the goal of“developing socialist political civilization”.After that,the report to the 18th CPC National Congress and the resolution adopted at the sixth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee reaffirmed the goal of“promoting socialist political progress”.In this way,“promoting socialist political progress”has been established as an important part of the construction of a modern socialist country,and has become a goal of China’s future political development.Examining the establishment of the goal of“promoting socialist political progress”and revealing its logical progression and law of evolution is of great significance for adhering to the road of socialist political development with Chinese characteristics and creating a new form of human political progress.
