摘　　要：已有研究基于麦克·布洛维工厂政体理论,对富士康劳动体制进行了分析,但未就职工留厂赶工形成解释。本文将研究视角从生产场域延伸至生活场域,聚焦劳动者制度性跨越、家庭化突破、主体性建构三维需求层次,对其“熬社保”的富士康劳动体制进行成因剖析,揭示该劳动策略隐匿的“厂内劳动,厂外赋义”逻辑。本文基于制度、家庭、个体领域建构的分析框架,具象了生活政治概念意涵,强化了生产政治同生活政治的互动关系,论证了地方政府在平衡劳资关系上积极包揽的观点,对深化认识富士康劳动体制、维护女性农民工权益具有现实意义。Based on Michael Burawoy's Factory Regime theory,previous studies have analyzed the phenomena of"job hopping"and"self-withdrawal"among workers in Foxconn's labor system,but little explanation has been given for workers'staying in the factory to work overtime.This article extends the research perspective to include both work and life spheres,focusing on the three-dimensional de-mand,from laborers'hopping across institutions,family transformation,and subjectivity construction.It analyzes the reasons behind the preference for"enduring social security"at Foxconn,revealing the hidden logic of"labor within the factory,meaning bestowed outside the factory"embedded in this labor strategy.Based on an analytical framework built on establishing the domains of institutions,family and individuals,this study concretizes the concept of politics in daily life and strengthens the interactive relationship between politics at work and daily life politics.It argues that local governments actively take on the responsibility of balancing labor-capital relationships,highlighting the practical significance of deepening understanding of Foxconn's labor system and safeguarding the rights of female work-ers.
