摘　　要：研究和讨论了绝缘子玻璃件生产成型过程中料滴的均匀度、形状以及落料剪切控制等问题,分析如何对滴料过程中的常见问题进行预防与调整,以保证产品质量的稳定性。In the forming process of glass insulator,the problems of the uniformity of droplet,droplet shape and the control of shearing and blanking are studied and discussed to clarify the prevention and adjustment of dropping process and to ensure the stability of product quality.
