结构优化促进宁夏沿黄区域农业特色优势产业高质量发展路径思考

摘　　要：分析了结构优化对宁夏沿黄区域农业特色优势产业高质量发展的影响,提出培优壮大产业链、构建现代化产业体系是宁夏沿黄区域特色农业高质量发展结构优化的路径选择,从特色产业绿色低碳生产方式、做精做强绿色食品工业、多种形式培育特色产业链经营组织、优化特色农产品营销渠道、建立健全特色食品质量监管和溯源体系、打造特色产业与休闲旅游融合新业态方面探究了具体思路。This paper analyzes the impact of structural optimization on the high-quality development of agricultural characteristic advantage industries in the Ningxia Yellow River region,and proposes that optimizing and strengthening the industrial chain and building a modern industrial system are the chosen paths for structural optimization of high-quality development of characteristic agriculture in the Ningxia Yellow River region.Furthermore,specific approaches are explored in terms of promoting green and low-carbon production methods in characteristic industries,enhancing the green food industry,fostering various forms of characteristic industry chain management organizations,optimizing characteristic agricultural product marketing channels,establishing a sound quality supervision and traceability system for characteristic food,and creating new forms of integration between characteristic industries and leisure tourism.
