摘　　要：农业转移人口在市民化过程中面临很多问题。本文从就业、医疗、社会保障、教育4个方面设计问卷,开展问卷调查。从个人、企业和政府3个方面提出相关对策建议,确保农业转移人口在各层级、各领域市民化。本研究结论为实现农业转移人口全面市民化,推动新型城镇化高质量发展提供理论参考。Agricultural transfer personnel face many problems in the process of citizenization.questionnaire from four aspects:employment,medical care,social security,education are designed in this paper.From the three aspects of individual,enterprise and government,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to ensure the citizenization of agricultural transfer population at all levels and in all fields.The conclusion of this study provides a theoretical reference for realizing the comprehensive citizenization of agricultural transfer population and promoting the high-quality development of new urbanization.
