摘　　要：目的 为减少实验室感染发生,了解医疗机构生物安全实验室感染防控工作现状,对医疗机构生物安全规范管理提出合理化建议.方法 依照法规标准要求设计调查评估表格,对杭州地区医疗机构生物安全实验室进行风险调查及评估.结果 医疗机构在菌(毒)种和生物样本管理、备案及更新、环境和设施设备以及实验活动风险评估等方面存在薄弱环节;不同级别医疗机构各项指标符合率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);省、市级医疗机构风险等级较低,街道(镇)级和民营医院风险等级较高.结论 卫生行政部门加强对各级医疗机构的生物安全监管,各医疗机构应建立健全生物安全管理体系,加强日常管理,通过培训提升从业人员的生物安全意识.OBJECTIVE To reduce the occurrence of laboratory infection,to understand the current situation of infection prevention and control in biosafety laboratories of medical institutions,and to make rationalized suggestions for the standardized management of biosafety in medical institutions.METHODS In accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations,a survey and assessment form was designed to conduct a risk investigation and assessment of biosafety laboratories in medical institutions in Hangzhou.RESULTS There were weakness in the management of bacterial(toxic)species and biological samples,filing and updating,environmental and facility equipment,and risk assessment of experimental activities in medical institutions;the difference in the compliance rate of various indicators of different levels of medical institutions were statistical significance(P<0.05);the risk level of medical institutions at provincial and municipal levels was lower,while the risk level of street(town)level and private hospitals was higher.CONCLUSION Health administrative departments should strengthen biosecurity supervision of medical institutions at all levels,and each medical institutions should establish a sound biosafety management system,strengthen daily management,and raise the biosafety awareness of practitioners through training.
