摘　　要：简易升降机品种的认定,一直是困扰基层特种设备安全监管人员的工作难点。针对简易升降机使用现状,分析了简易升降机认定存在的主要问题,在当前相关规范标准下,建议通过适当调整《特种设备目录》,规范特种设备品种认定机构及程序,进一步提升特种设备安全监管效能,消除事故隐患,切实保障人民群众生命财产安全。The identification of simple lift varieties has always been a difficult work for grass-roots special equipment safety supervisors.In view of the current situation of the use of simple lifts,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the identification of simple lifts.Based on relevant regulations and standards,it is suggested to properly adjust the catalogue of special equipment and standardize the identification institutions and procedures of special equipment varieties,so as to further improve the safety supervision efficiency of special equipment,eliminate potential accidents and effectively ensure the safety of people’s lives and property.
