摘  要:保证电梯维保质量是保障电梯安全的重要前提,为此市场监管总局提出要加强对电梯维保质量的监督管理。电梯维保质量监测工作是一个覆盖面广、综合且复杂的任务,为尽可能得到客观合理的电梯维保质量监测方案,上海市特检院电梯维保质量监测小组以层次分析法为理论依据,将方案设计的决策过程数学化,最终得出了包含风险等级、乘客体验、年度扣分项次、相关技术规范的初步方案。此外,方案设计过程中还将层次分析法中高阶平均随机一致性指标RI的值从30阶拓宽至78阶,方便大家取用。Ensuring elevator maintenance quality is an important prerequisite to ensure elevator safety.Therefore,the State Administration of Market Supervision proposed to strengthen the supervision and management of elevator maintenance quality.Elevator maintenance quality monitoring is a comprehensive and complex task with wide coverage.In order to obtain an objective and reasonable elevator maintenance quality monitoring scheme as much as possible,the elevator maintenance quality monitoring team of Shanghai Special Equipment Supervision and Inspection Technology Research Institute mathematicized the decision-making process of scheme design based on analytic hierarchy process,and finally obtained a preliminary scheme including risk level,passenger experience,annual deduction items and relevant technical documents.In addition,in the process of scheme design,the value of high-order average random consistency index RI in analytic hierarchy process is widened from order 30 to order 78 for easy access.
