摘  要:为解决甚长波发信台新台选址问题,增强对水下潜艇指挥与信息的保障能力,构造一套符合工程实际的台址选择要素和模型体系,提出融合熵权法的改进优劣解距离法(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution,TOPSIS)。为验证选址模型和方法的科学性和有效性,对新台选址案例进行试验研究。通过对包含8个评价指标的8个备选地点进行综合排序,给出完整且具有实际指导意义的实施方法,为辅助甚长波发信台的选址决策提供理论和方法支撑。为探究不同的TOPSIS改进方法对甚长波发信台最优选址问题最终排序结果的影响,使用随机生成的案例进行分析。结果表明,合理选择距离计算方法对于候选点排序具有重要影响。To select a new station for a very long wave(VLW)transmission station and enhance the ability to command and pro-tect information for underwater submarines,a set of station selection elements and model systems conforming to engineering prac-tice were constructed.An improved technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)method integrating entropy weight method was proposed.To verify the station selection model and method of scientific and effective,experimental re-search was conducted on the case using the proposed model and method.By comprehensively ranking eight alternative sites contai-ning eight evaluation indicators,a complete and practical implementation method was provided to support the decision-making of VLW transmission station selection in terms of theory and methodology.In order to explore the impact of different TOPSIS im-provement methods on the final ranking results of station selection for VLW transmission stations,randomly generated cases were analyzed.The results showed that choosing a reasonable distance calculation method had an important impact on candidate point ranking.
