摘 要:研究不同浓度的酒石酸对甜菜种子发芽的影响,为筛选甜菜种子包衣提供依据。以甜菜作物种子‘TD801’为试验材料,用5、7.5、10 mmol/L三种浓度梯度的酒石酸和8、16、24 h三个梯度的时间,共进行9组处理并测量指标。处理后发芽势比对照CK提高最低0.83个百分点,最高6.67个百分点;发芽率比对照CK提高最低0.66个百分点,最高9.67个百分点;发芽指数比对照CK提高最低15.39%,最高31.71%;活力指数比对照CK提高最低30.09%,最高82.83%;相对电导率与对照CK比较均有降低,最低下降68.96个百分点,最高下降100.93个百分点。当浓度为10 mmol/L,16 h时,对发芽势和发芽率的效果更好;当浓度为7.5 mmol/L,16 h时,对发芽指数和活力指数的影响较好;浓度为7.5 mmol/L,时间为24 h对相对电导率效果更好。9种处理均可促进甜菜种子引发,浓度为7.5 mmol/L、10 mmol/L,16 h的酒石酸溶液对甜菜的种子萌发效果较好。To study the effect of different concentrations of tartaric acid on germination of sugar beet seeds and to provide a basis for screening sugar beet seed coating,a total of nine sets of treatments were carried out and indexes were measured using three different concentration gradients of tartaric acid at 5,7.5 and 10 mmol/L and three gradients of time at 8,16 and 24 h.Sugar beet crop seed'TD801'was used as the test material.Compared to the control CK,the germination potential of the treatments increased by a minimum of 0.83 percentage points and a maximum of 6.67 percentage points;germination increased by a minimum of 0.66 percentage points and a maximum of 9.67 percentage points;germination index increased by a minimum of 15.39%and a maximum of 31.71%;the vigor index increased by a minimum of 30.09%and a maximum of 82.83%;relative conductivity was reduced in all cases compared to control CK,with a minimum decrease of 68.96 percentage points and a maximum decrease of 100.93 percentage points.When the concentration was 10 mmol/L for 16 h,the effect on germination potential and germination rate was better.When the concentration was 7.5 mmol/L for 16 h,the effect on germination index and vigor index was better;a concentration of 7.5 mmol/L for 24 h was more effective on relative conductivity.All nine treatments promoted seed initiation of sugar beet,and tartaric acid solutions at concentrations of 7.5 mmol/L and 10 mmol/L for 16 h were more effective in seed germination of sugar beet.
