摘　　要：目的设计基于疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)病种分类的医院科室运营方案,优化病种结构,提高运行效率,有效控制费用。方法制定基于DRG病种分类的科室运营方案的实施路径,应用比较分析法和非参数检验法对方案实施前后的科室运行数据进行分析。结果科室运行中反映病种结构、疾病疑难危重程度、运行效率和费用控制的指标在方案实施前后比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于DRG病种分类的科室运营方案实施有助于优化科室病种结构,增强疑难危重疾病诊疗能力,提高科室资源配置与运营效率,有效降低患者就医费用。Objective Design department operation scheme based on DRG disease classification,optimize disease structure,improve operation efficiency and effectively control costs.Methods Formulate the implementation path of department operation scheme based on DRG disease classification,The operation data before and after the imple⁃mentation of the program were analyzed by comparative analysis and non-parametric test.Results The indexes re⁃flecting the structure of diseases,severity of diseases,operation efficiency and cost control were statistically signifi⁃cant before and after the implementation of the program(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the depart⁃ment operation plan based on DRG disease classification helps to optimize the department disease structure,en⁃hance the diagnosis and treatment ability of difficult and critical diseases,improve the department resource alloca⁃tion and operation efficiency,and effectively reduce patients’medical expenses.
