摘  要:在传统创新创业培育中,多数以教师为主体,学生被动执行,线下交流为主,一些项目与临床实践脱节,实用性不强。因此,需改革并优化医学生创新创业管理的方法和手段,搭建网络支撑下的全程化、多渠道全新双创教育模式。根据临床需求选定创新创业教育研究方向,线上结合线下辅导相关诊治技术新进展。充分利用5G等网络技术优势,对丰富的病例操作和临床实践进行直播,促进学生主动接触临床,搜寻“临床需求和技术痛点”。从实践中发现问题、解决问题,研发新技术,设计新产品,进行产品制作、改进和应用,不断线指导创新创业成果转化。In the traditional“dual-creation”cultivation,teachers are the main body,students are passive im⁃plementation,principally offline communication,some projects are disconnected from clinical practice.Therefore,it needs to reform and optimize the methods and means of innovation and entrepreneurship management for medical students,and build a whole new dual-creation education mode of whole process and multi-channel under the sup⁃port of network.According to the clinical needs,the research direction of“dual-creation”is selected,and the new progress of relevant diagnosis and treatment technology is combined with online and offline counseling.Making full use of the network advantages such as 5G,it has a tendency to live broadcast wealthy case operations and clini⁃cal practice,so as to promote students to take the initiative to contact the clinic and explore for“clinical needs and technical pain points”.Discover and solve issues from practice,develop new technologies,design new products,make,improve and apply products,and perpetually guide the transformation of innovation and entrepreneurship re⁃sults.
