摘　　要：分别在有、无政府参与的单位专利许可模式以及政府规制下的二部制专利协调模式下,构建制造商与再制造商的动态博弈模型.对比分析三种模式,并探索政府规制和二部制专利协调对企业专利决策、生产策略的影响,以及对环境绩效、企业收益、消费者福利、社会总福利等评价指标的影响.研究表明,制造商在不同的再制造产业发展阶段将采取不同专利策略;政府规制能通过影响专利策略间接推动回收再制造活动;再制造产业发展有助于提升消费者福利和社会总福利;在再制造产业萌芽和发展期,二部制专利协调模式能有效提升各项评价指标.Three dynamic game-theoretic models are established for cases where the unit patent licensing is without government regulation,the unit patent licensing is under government regulation,and for two-part patent coordination under government regulation.By comparing and analyzing the three models,impacts of government regulation and two-part patent coordination on enterprise patent decision-making and production strategy are investigated.In addition,influences on environmental performance,enterprises’revenues,consumer welfare,and social welfare are explored.The results indicate that the manufacturer adopts different patent strategies in different stages of the remanufacturing industry.Recycling and remanufacturing operations can be promoted indirectly by government’s intervention on patent strategy.The development of remanufacturing industry enhances consumer welfare and social welfare.In the budding and developing states of the remanufacturing industry,the two-part patent coordination model plays an important role in improving the performances of all the indicators.
